  • How to fix the transcription failure on the iFLYTEK Smart Recorder Pro (502T)?

     1. It is recommended to switch networks and re-enter the recording file to click tranion.

    2. If the issue persists after changing networks, try switching to a different mobile hotspot and attempt again.

    3. Go to the "Me" interface, log out, and then log back in.

    4. Connect the recorder to a computer, copy all files, perform a factory reset, and try again.


  • The iFLYTEK Smart Recorder Pro(502T) unable to power on / Unable to charge / No response when charging.

    1. Please check if the device has any visible damage, such as water ingress or drops, which could be caused by external factors preventing it from powering on.  

    2. If the device failure to power on is not due to external factors:  

     ① It is recommended to use the supplied data cable and a 5V2A charger for charging. Check if there is a charging indicator on the device. In this state, leave it for about half an hour and then try turning it on.  

     ② If there is no response to charging, try using a different charger with the same specifications to charge the recorder and check if there is any response.

    No, each device can only claim cloud storage benefits once.
  • How to use cloud storage on the iFLYTEK Smart Recorder Pro(502T)? How to view files in cloud storage?

    1. After logging in for the first time, you'll be directed to the main screen and receive a pop-up prompt to claim your cloud storage. Click the "Claim" button to claim it. If you choose "Do not claim temporarily," you can claim it later by going to "Settings" → "Account Center" → "My Cloud Space."

    2. In "My Files," click the "More" button in the upper-right corner and select "Batch Operations" to upload multiple files to cloud storage. To upload a single file, long press on the file in your file list.

    3. After uploading, you can check your files by logging in at 

    Asia: http://cloud.iflytekrecord.com/ap-en/login

    Europe: http://cloud.iflytekrecord.com/eu-en/login 

    4. To view the remaining cloud space size, go to "Settings" → "Account Center" → "My Cloud Space."

    5. Uploading files to cloud storage consumes data traffic, so it is recommended to use a Wi-Fi network for uploading.
