iFLYTEK Aids Cities like Hefei in Urban Development

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently issued the List of Reproducible Experiences and Practices in the Implementation of Urban Renewal Action Plan (the first batch). The list highlights the positive outcomes of various localities actively exploring and supporting the planning of smart city mechanisms, sustainable approaches, and policies for urban renewal.

As a key technological contributor to the development of urban areas, iFLYTEK uses digital twinning and other technologies to promote smart, liveable, and resilient cities across China. Through intelligently guiding the allocation of resources, improving the overall operational efficiency of cities, and further building modern urban governance capacity and systems, iFLYTEK is aiding urban areas in their modernization efforts.

In Hefei, iFLYTEK has joined with Hefei Industry Investment & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Industrial Technology) to promote the industrial upgrading and intelligent transformation of the Xinglu Science and Technology Industrial Park. Through the joint work, iFLYTEK and Industrial Technology have created a "financial+intelligent service platform" to strengthen the intelligent management of the park.

The platform provides enterprises with targeted financial and human resources support and assists in the comprehensive development of enterprises in the park. Leveraging its advanced technologies, iFLYTEK can fully monitor each industrial park's status and integrate service providers. The system improves information technology applications, enhances the service system, and incorporates the shared service system with available resources to produce intelligent solutions to actual and potential issues.

The platform is currently utilized in 22 industrial science and technology parks, including the Xinglu Science and Technology Industrial Park, the Smart Industrial Park (Xinzhan), Industry Investment Shushan Huigu Environmental Industrial Park, the Industry Investment Liheng Industrial Plaza, and the Chuangzhi World/Knowledge & Innovation Community.

Industrial Technology has introduced, cultivated, and served nearly 1,000 enterprises, including one Fortune 500 company, 26 listed companies, 46 enterprises above designated size, 21 enterprises with an output of over 15 million yuan, 54 high-tech enterprises, one science and technology "small giant" enterprise and one "young eagle" enterprise. As a result, roughly 25,000 jobs have been created, with annual output reaching.

The Xinglu Industrial Park is only a glimpse of what intelligent application coordination and the strengthening of the production development of cities can achieve.
