iFLYTEK Highlights Progress Towards a New AI Ecosystem at the 1024 Global Developer Festival

Industry leaders, experts, scholars, and developers recently gathered at iFLYTEK’s 1024 Global Developer Festival to explore general AI advancements and application potential. During the event, iFLYTEK Chairman Liu Qingfeng unveiled the iFLYTEK Spark Desk V3.0, the latest version of its AI large model.

The number of developer teams on the iFLYTEK Open Platform grew by 1.434 million in an over 331% year-on-year increase since the launch of the iFLYTEK Spark Desk;

Speaking at the event, iFLYTEK Chairman Liu Qingfeng stated that large models should go beyond specialized knowledge and embrace personalization. This pursuit led to the company incorporating a virtual persona application, Spark Companion, into the iFLYTEK Spark Desk V3.0. The feature can craft an initial AI persona through personality simulation, emotional comprehension, and expressive style.

Chairman Liu further called for “a thriving ecosystem” to build “a bright future for artificial intelligence,” emphasizing the important role of developers in pushing the technology’s future development.

In this spirit, iFLYTEK highlighted the success of its Open Platform in providing 5.528 million global developers with a thriving ecosystem to advance AI capabilities. The iFLYTEK Open Platform has provided access to 603 core AI capabilities and solutions for developers worldwide, enabling AI to empower various industries.

The 1024 Global Developer Festival also included a Developer Ecosystem Forum with the theme “AI Unleashing Infinite Possibilities.” The forum introduced iFLYTEK technology and product experts with developers and partners to discuss the new opportunities enabled by large-scale models for businesses and industries and included an award ceremony to recognize valued partners, new product innovations, and outstanding developer teams.
