GuideX Digital Human Solution Showcased at HKT Enterprise Solutions Tech Week 2026

HONG KONG, July 24, 2026 – iFLYTEK, a global leader in artificial intelligence, showcased its intelligent virtual human solution GuideX at the HKT Enterprise Solutions Tech Week 2026, held from July 17 to 23 in Hong Kong. The exhibition marked another milestone in bringing next-generation AI-powered service agents to enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the theme "AI+, The Nexus of Transformation: Powering the Future Enterprise," this year’s Tech Week brought together government officials, industry pioneers, C-suite leaders, and AI experts from global technology giants to explore how AI is reshaping the foundations of business. iFLYTEK’s participation underscored the company’s commitment to delivering deployable, real-world AI solutions that drive tangible value for enterprises and public sector organizations.

GuideX: From Answering Questions to Completing Tasks

The centerpiece of iFLYTEK’s showcase was GuideX, an intelligent interaction agent designed for public service environments. Unlike conventional digital humans that stop at answering questions, GuideX is built to complete tasks — perceiving, deciding, and getting the job done. Powered by iFLYTEK’s multimodal AI infrastructure, GuideX seamlessly integrates voice, touch, gesture, and visual recognition, enabling natural human-machine communication across multiple channels.

Breakthrough Multimodal Perception

GuideX distinguishes itself through advanced multimodal perception that fuses sound, face, position, lip movement, and spatial context to understand who is speaking, from where, and why. The system incorporates technologies including face wake-up, sound source localization, lip recognition, gesture recognition, and spatial perception, enabling real-time awareness of user position, status, and interaction intent.

In challenging acoustic environments — such as crowded public venues with multiple people speaking simultaneously — GuideX maintains word loss below 1.3% and cross-talk below 1.7%. Even in -10dB noise conditions, speech recognition accuracy reaches 92.1%. The full interaction chain, from voice wake-up to digital human response, takes just 0.42 seconds.

Enterprise-Grade Autonomous Decision-Making

What sets GuideX apart is its self-regulating agent capability. When faced with ambiguous user requests, GuideX automatically extracts business constraints, fills missing information, and accurately interprets true business intent based on industry knowledge. It then employs a dual-track decision mechanism: routine cases follow deterministic policies for rapid response, while complex scenarios move to adaptive reasoning, coordinating multiple agents to interface with enterprise business systems. This transforms public services from “answering questions” to “completing tasks” — a paradigm shift for enterprise AI deployment.

Global-Ready Multilingual Capabilities

Designed for global service scenarios, GuideX supports interaction in over 30 languages, including English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Cantonese, Malay, Thai, and Indonesian. English speech recognition accuracy reaches 97.35%, with end-to-end scene accuracy of 95.12%.

Proven Global Track Record

Already deployed across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Latin America, and Africa, GuideX has demonstrated its reliability in real-world service environments.

Visitors to the HKT Enterprise Solutions Tech Week 2026 experienced firsthand how GuideX is redefining human-AI interaction — moving beyond basic conversation to deliver complete service loops that enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experience in the AI-driven enterprise era.
