Recently, the winners of the 2026 iF Design Award—one of the world’s most prestigious industrial design honors—have been announced.


Selected from nearly 11,000 entries spanning 68 countries and regions, iFLYTEK’s ANYPIN Note Pod P1—a new wearable device for AI-powered recording and analysis—has been recognized for its outstanding design. The product impressed the jury across five key areas: concept, form aesthetics, usability, innovation, and sustainability value, earning its place among this year’s award winners.

 

Established in 1953, the iF Design Award is widely regarded as a global benchmark for excellence in design and is often referred to as the “Oscars of the design world.” This year’s jury brought together 129 independent design experts from around the world, evaluating entries based on five equally weighted criteria: idea, form, function, differentiation, and sustainability. The selection process included both a rigorous preliminary review and a final round of physical product evaluation. ANYPIN’s recognition reflects strong international endorsement of its product concept, while highlighting iFLYTEK’s ability to integrate advanced technology, product design, and global strategy into a cohesive innovation approach.

At the core of ANYPIN’s design is a defining philosophy: invisible technology, expressed through everyday aesthetics. Inspired by modern lifestyles, the design seeks to integrate technology seamlessly into daily wear. The device features a signature capsule-shaped form with smooth, flowing lines. Measuring under 1 cm in thickness and weighing just 23 grams, it is both compact and lightweight. A matte, unibody finish paired with soft, curved surfaces replaces the rigid, utilitarian look of traditional recorders—redefining the device as a refined, wearable accessory.

 

ANYPIN rethinks form through purposeful design. Its signature elongated acoustic panel defines the front—integrating a precision-engineered four-microphone array while establishing a distinctive visual identity. A multi-modal wearing system—magnetic, clip-on, and lanyard—adapts seamlessly to different moments. It attaches effortlessly to a collar or bag, or can be worn as a pendant, offering flexibility without friction. Subtle details complete the design. Drawing inspiration from classic tailoring, the surface textures bring a sense of refinement, while interchangeable skins introduce a layer of personalization. The result is a device that supports both individual expression and scalable enterprise deployment, from personal styling to organizational identification and management.

An effortless, hands-off experience: Through seamless coordination between the device and its companion app, ANYPIN features an adaptive system that automatically recognizes different work scenarios and starts or stops recording accordingly. This reduces the need for manual interaction by over 70%, making the entire recording process feel effortless and intuitive.

 

Professional-Grade Clarity: Powered by a four-microphone array and proprietary AI noise reduction, ANYPIN delivers clear voice capture within a 5-meter range—even in noisy environments of up to 65 dBA.

 

Faster Transfer, Greater Flexibility


Supporting both Wi-Fi connectivity and AP-based direct transfer, ANYPIN achieves data transfer speeds more than five times faster than conventional Bluetooth. It also supports multiple output formats, including MP3, WAV, and text transcripts.

 

Intelligent Insights and Multilingual Support


Supporting transcription in over 100 languages—including Chinese, English, Spanish, German, and French—ANYPIN achieves an error rate below 3%. It also provides automated meeting summaries and structured outlines, along with a broad set of industry templates to accelerate content organization and output generation.

 

Pioneering Multi-Speaker Separation with Spatial Routing


Moving beyond the limitations of traditional speaker recognition, ANYPIN accurately distinguishes between speakers and automatically generates structured meeting summaries. By combining a four-microphone array, AI-driven noise reduction, and spatial routing for speaker separation, it establishes a fully integrated audio intelligence pipeline—from capture to understanding.

 

Sustainability is a defining strength of ANYPIN, aligning with one of the key evaluation dimensions of the 2026 iF Design Award. From material selection to manufacturing, the product meets leading global environmental standards, including EU RoHS, REACH, and California Proposition 65. Lightweight yet durable by design, it reduces environmental impact from the ground up. With up to 13 hours of continuous recording and a magnetic charging base that delivers one hour of use from just five minutes of charging, ANYPIN reduces energy consumption in everyday use—demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable design.
