At the "Master Talk" session on the afternoon of the forum’s opening day, Shao Qing, Director of Smart Media Business at iFLYTEK, delivered a keynote speech titled "When LLM Meets Low-Resource Languages: Breaking Through Translation Hallucinations." The presentation highlighted major technological advancements and practical applications of iFLYTEK's self-developed large language models in translation scenarios, while also exploring the value and significance of data utilization in human-AI collaboration models.

A standout innovation discussed was the SPARK Real-Time Voice Interpretation Model, China’s first end-to-end simultaneous interpretation LLM. This breakthrough technology has achieved remarkable performance gains, boosting translation accuracy by over 30% across all scenarios while slashing response times—with latency now averaging under five seconds. Such improvements enable smoother subtitle rendering and highly precise Chinese-English translation. Leveraging this model, iFLYTEK’s flagship products—including Spark Trans, iFLYTEK Translation Machine, and iFLYTEK Translation App—have all undergone significant upgrades, delivering faster, more reliable real-time interpretation than ever before.

At the recent 2025 Translators Association of China Annual Conference - organized under the guidance of China International Communications Group (CICG) and jointly hosted by the Translators Association of China, the Academy of Translation and Interpretation of CICG, and Dalian University of Foreign Languages - iFLYTEK was honored with the title of "Translation Technology R&D and Cooperation Base" under the Language Services Development Project. This prestigious recognition was awarded in acknowledgment of iFLYTEK's groundbreaking innovations in AI-powered translation, establishing the company as a benchmark enterprise in driving technological transformation within the translation industry through artificial intelligence.

At the exhibition area, iFLYTEK demonstrated its comprehensive multilingual translation solutions for diverse scenarios. The company's integrated product portfolio - including Spark Trans, iFLYTEK Translation Machine, iFLYTEK AI Recorder, Translation SaaS Platform, and iFLYTEK Translation App - provides end-to-end solutions catering to both commercial and consumer needs. Supporting bidirectional translation across 100+ languages and comprehensive scenario applications, these intelligent solutions enable instant cross-lingual communication at the touch of a button, effectively meeting requirements for both real-time communication and content processing. The iFLYTEK Simultaneous Interpretation System, designed for professional settings, has now served more than 50 countries worldwide, supporting over 400,000 international conferences and reaching an accumulated audience exceeding 400 million. Meanwhile, the iFLYTEK Translation Machine series, designed for office and daily communication scenarios, has been adopted by over 1 million users worldwide, with total translation requests surpassing 1 billion times.

Looking ahead, iFLYTEK will continue to promote the development of the translation industry through four strategic pillars: Talent Development, International Communication, Research & Innovation, and Training. The company remains committed to enhancing its multilingual and multimodal intelligent language product ecosystem, contributing to a new era of “barrier-free global communication.”
