AI-Powered Care: iFLYTEK Supports USTC Retirees with Hearing Aid Initiative

On January 17th, iFLYTEK warmly invited retired faculty and staff members from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) to a company visit. During the event, we provided on-site hearing tests and donated hearing aids, demonstrating our care and support through thoughtful actions.

On the event day, the retired faculty and staff, guided by our colleague, toured our office facilities, R&D center, and product exhibition area. They were deeply impressed by our groundbreaking innovations in artificial intelligence and experienced firsthand how technology can bring warmth and positively impact people's lives.

Hearing impairment increasingly becomes a significant factor affecting seniors' quality of life as they age. We deployed a professional service team, including five nationally certified hearing aid specialists, who conducted comprehensive hearing assessments for attendees and provided personalized hearing aid solutions at the event.

As part of the event, we donated a batch of high-performance iFLYTEK smart hearing aids to these visitors from USTC. These hearing aids utilize advanced AI technology and can effectively enhance hearing capabilities. At the donation ceremony, our spokesperson emphasized, "Through this initiative, we aim to extend the benefits of technological innovation to those in need, contributing to their overall well-being."
