iFLYTEK Joins “Belt and Road” International Education Equipment Innovation and Development Conference, Sharing Vision for AI-Powered Education

The International Education Equipment Innovation and Development Conference & Educational Equipment Expo, themed "Exchange and Cooperation for Equipment Innovation, Technology Empowerment for Educational Development", was successfully held at Fuzhou Strait International Conference and Exhibition Center from December 21st to 22nd.

The opening ceremony was attended by Jin Nuo, President of China Educational Equipment Industry Association, Ye Shen, Director-General of the Department of Education of Fujian Province, and leaders and guests from relevant departments of the Ministry of Education, China Educational Equipment Industry Association, the education departments (commissions) and educational equipment management departments of some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and educational equipment industry associations. Guests and experts from the education departments of Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries also attended the opening ceremony.

In his address, Ye Shen emphasized Fujian's historical significance as the starting point of China's ancient Maritime Silk Road. He highlighted the courageous spirit of Fujian's ancestors who navigated this route, fostering cultural exchange and communication with nations across the globe. This event, he noted, will further enable Fujian to utilize educational equipment as a means to continue its legacy of global engagement, forging new partnerships and collaborations in the field of education.

Xia Guoming, Vice President of China Educational Equipment Industry Association, proposed in his speech that the core of the "Belt and Road" practice in the field of educational equipment lies in the unbounded flow of knowledge, transnational academic collaboration, and global circulation of talents. This event will boost international trade and cutting-edge technology exchange in educational equipment, inject strong impetus into technological innovation and industrial upgrading, empower the economic take-off of countries along the "Belt and Road", and nurture a new ecology of international educational equipment.

During the conference's keynote speech session, Zhao Bo, General Manager of iFLYTEK's Education Marketing Department, was invited to deliver a speech titled "Educational Equipment and Application Innovation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence". Notably, iFLYTEK, as the technical support unit, provided real-time Chinese-English translation and on-screen captioning services for the conference. This brought a surprising and delightful experience to guests and audiences, especially during speeches by foreign guests from Laos, Indonesia, etc. The real-time, efficient translation captions once again helped to achieve "barrier-free communication" at this international event.

In addition, during the two-day Educational Equipment Expo, iFLYTEK showcased its Spark Smart Blackboard, demonstrating the power of educational technology in this international exchange.
