  • How many books are currently in the bookstore?

    Currently, all the books in the International bookstore are public edition free books, a total of 3903 public edition books have been prepared, including 670 English resources and 3100 Chinese resources. Continuous expansion of resources.

  • Does it support adding reading fonts?

    Yes. Connect the computer through a data cable and copy the  ttf or otf font to the 'Fonts' folder on the iFLYTEK VoiceBook disk.

  • What formats of e-book files are currently supported for importing locally?

    Currently supports txt, pdf, epub, mobi, and azw3 format e-book files.

  • How to import an e-book?

    There are two ways to import e-books:

    1. USB import

    Step1: Use USB cable to connect the device and computer.

    Step2: Move the e-book file that need to be imported into the “iFLYTEK VoiceBook → Book " folder on the computer. 

    Import format: txt, pdf, epub, mobi, azw3

    2. WIFI import

    Step1: Connect the computer and audiobook to the same WiFi.

    Step2: Type the IP address of the connected WiFi in the address bar of the computer browser. (Clicking on "WiFi Import" in the upper right corner of the bookshelf will pop up an IP address)

    Step3: Upload the files that need to be imported according to the prompts on the webpage. Please do not exit ‘WiFi import’ pop-up page and lock screen while uploading.

    Import format: txt, pdf, epub, mobi

    Internal shared storage space: 25G in total


  • Why can't my PDF file listen to books?

    Some scanned PDF files cannot be read.

  • Why is the listening anchor page empty?

    When users use the listening function, they need to connect to the internet to obtain relevant information about the anchor and prompt them to connect to a smooth network.

  • Can I listen to books without internet connection?

    Currently, they are all online anchors and need to be connected to the internet for listening.

  • What languages are currently supported for listening to books?

    Support for Chinese, English, and Japanese. In the future, new anchors in other languages will be added online from time to time, and users do not need to upgrade.
